***Please, DO NOT bring in any equipment before the week of the show. You may start to bring them in on the Monday before the show.***
Truck & Tractor Pull
Truck pulls will be limited to first 20 per class to sign up.

Lawn Mower Pulls
Camp Ground Rules
No campers before Monday.
First Come, First Serve.
Fee for camping begins when the camper arrives, not when you do!
Campers must be 15 feet apart side to side and 10 feet back to back.
No Open fires (contained outdoor grills are OK). Do not move existing fire rings.
All pets must be on leash, cleaned up after and exercised in back parking lot.
All trash must be put into the waste cans.
Quiet time 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
One vehicle per campsite.
Daily member camping available:
Primitive camping $10.00 electric/water hookup $20.00.
No campers or vehicles permitted on walking path.
Click to get contract. Please read it in complete and carefully. Each contract will be reviewed and approved by the Executive Board. Contracts are currently being updated to reflect rate changes.
Please do not send money until you've been approved by the executive board. Once approved you will be contacted.
*With the Covid-19 Pandemic and the uncertain times, the directors have made the decision to cancel the 2020 annual show & reunion. If you have sent in your payment for your space, we can roll it over to next year, if you would like. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
***Food vendors please bring more extension cords with you this year. The city has done some updates to the electric and they maybe a little further away than before***

Vendor Spaces are 25' X 25' and run $60 + $3 per foot over that.
Food Vendors is $500
Parts Vendors is $60
Camping Fee is $25
Cattle Barn Location(up charge) is $10
Vendors must have an active membership ($20 included in above prices).

Golf Carts - Handicap Form
Golf Carts, side by sides, gators, mules and etc. are more than welcome on the grounds. We do ask that you register them with the secretary's office. Individuals with a handicap plaque are no charge, if you do not have a handicap plaque, it is a $10 charge.
Golf Carts must have insurance and you must be able to provide the proof of insurance.
They may only be driven by a person age 16 and older.
Forms are available in the secretaries office. You may print one here and turn it in to the secretaries office when you arrive at the show. Amber, the secretary, will have a sticker for your to place on your golf cart.
